Complimentary Alterations
Custom tailoring can be tricky, and we are committed to doing what we can to help you get the perfect fitting dress.
If you don't 100% love how your dress fits (or anything else about the dress), we are more than happy to provide a complimentary alteration or remake. We excel at making alterations and remakes quick and hassle-free.
Refund Policy for Tailoring Services
We charge for the time spent on stitching the dresses. Hence all tailoring services are provided on a non-refundable basis. However, we encourage you to take advantage of our complimentary alteration services to fit the dress to your needs.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return the dress materials and other fashion items (except Custom Tailoring and Alteration services) for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Any Dress materials purchased at SELVI FASHION & TAILORS LLC and given for custom tailoring will follow the Custom Tailoring and Alteration services Return policy.
